    Pinnacle Peak Patio (10426 E. Jomax at Alma School Rd., 480/585-1599, www.pppatio.com, Sun. for lunch and daily for dinner, $15-33) serves mesquite-broiled steaks, ribs, and chicken in a strictly cowboy atmosphere—if you wear a tie inside, it'll be snipped off and added to the large collection hanging from the rafters. Musicians play country tunes nightly. There's a dance floor and you can sit indoors or outdoors. It's in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains about 20 miles northeast of Scottsdale; take Pima Road north, turn east on Happy Valley Road, then north on Alma School Road.
